The Annual Inter-House cricket tournament was held at Henry Hudson Senior Public School on Saturday, the 17^th of July 2010.

 

Despite the poor turnout, the thrill had by everyone present was immense.

Great weather and a great paradise style lunch enhanced a fun day of cricket. Thanks to Selva Muthali at Jevin Caters for the delicious servings which energized our players and spectators throughout the fun filled day.

 

The houses were mixed up to balance the competitive spirits and the budding cricketers amongst us – the children – took the centre stage and boosted the fun even more. Without an official (and neutral) scorer, no team scored less than a hundred. Makes one wonder if Kambar house would have been able to defend their title.

 

Our special thanks to Mr. Elanko Rathnasabapathey of Prime Recovery Rehabilitation Centre for sponsoring the cricket tournament. Your generosity is much appreciated. The Alumni would also like to thank all the members and friends for their helping hands.

 

Last but not the least we thank all participants for making this day a great success. Your faithful participation each year is what makes us a “family”.

 

Friends, please keep in mind that it is you that makes up the alumni and an event like this into a success. Additionally, the participation encourages those who have given up their time and energy into organizing the event. Hopefully, subsequent events will show more enthusiasm from one and all.
